Unable to download tools for bhakthi en pani 679 MP3 audio.

Mentioned in app feedback. Adding here also. The screen shows “downloading”… That’s all.

Kindly check if your memory card is full ..else see if the settings is changed for storage of enpani app

I àm facing similar problem…shiws downloading butnever completed….for all audios….memory is not full…whim should i contact to resolve?

Please try playing directly from website. Adiyen personally not fan of range setting in app. We need full offline access. This defeats purpose of offline app.

No sir i am unable to download the daily audios from app…website does not have daily audios also…vidura neethi is also not accesible in website.
I was using well for quite some time…then changed the app to new phone then could not download…then i logged out from old phone then could download one day.from second day cannot download again.
Is there a contact for technical help?

Sri:

The app is device based. Adiyen also got new phone and de-registered in first phone. May be this linking is to understand the count of users. Ideally adiyen will prefer user name based linking than device based.

Option 1:
Please click Menu-> Feedback and select the preferred category.
Option 2:
In playstore provide a star rating to grab attention and update in comments
Option 3.
Kinchitkaram dharma Sandeha.

Adiyen expect the admins to be listening as one of the audios was re-uploaded based on our requests.

I am have tried all three options now..let me wait for the admin.
There are five factors for any action…so let us wait for other two to culminate. Missing the schedule of daily hearing for few days now as cannot download 😕

Yes sir range is in default setting only.
Looks like admin team has helped ..now it is working..we can close the request.

Enpani support team

Kindly help. 

After the problem of being unable to download enpani audios happened 1.5 months back, i wrote in this forum and managed to get the problem solved.

But it was not fully solved, the download works , but i have to try 3-4 times downloading.

Each time i press download, it will show downloading ,but percentage will not increase or change and i will see a static image. after five mins app will close . Then i will reopen the app and try again..so in average after 3 attempts i am able to down load the file.

Interestingly in my office WiFi alone it downloads very fast and in the first attempt.

My house WiFi and data are faster than office ones and i don’t face issues in home WiFi/data for other downloads. Even enpani was working well until i changed the app to the new phone.

I am being reminded that Ramnujachaya had to walk 17 or 18 times to understand the meaning of the “Sarva dharman…” BG sloka, similarly i have to try 3 times every day :(-

Kindly help if this can be resolved.
