Swami. Aneka Koti Namaskarams of Adiyen Srinivasan Pranesh
Swami. From your posts, I could understand that you know A-Z of Gita. However, Adiyen padithavatrai koorugiren.
Looked from various Acharya Bashyas of Bagavad Gita with Adiyen including Bagavad Ramanujar Bashyam. Two kinds of interpretations found.
1. Among four Vedas, Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharvana Veda, Sama Vedam is so rythmic and excellent to hear. Has beautiful verses on Ishvara (Brahmam). So, Sama Veda is important among four Vedas. Hence, Baghavan says He is Sama Veda Swaroopan. (Ref: Srimad Bagavad Gita by Gita Press, Gorakhpur).
2. Baghavan is uniformly spread everywhere in all roopas. He is omniscient.
Samamai (uniform) iruppadhal Sama; Ellavatraiyum Arivadhal (omniscient) Vedah. He is in the roopa of Sama Veda in Sama Veda. (Ref: Bagavad Gita Bashya of Shri Raghavendra Swamy).
I infer that Baghavan tries to convey that He is wide spread everywhere (Vishnutva) and omniscient (His quality of infinite Gnana) by saying He is Sama Veda among Vedas.
Important Upanishads like Kenopanishad and Chandhogya Upanishad are in Sama Veda.
One more beauty is, Sama Veda is most liked by Lord Shiva.

Just gave interpretations from reference books with Adiyen.
Awaiting to hear exact interpretation from Shri Velukkudi Swamy.

Dhanyosmi swami for the answers. Adiyen does not know anything swami. Adieyn is only a ‘thread’ that apparently carries the aroma of flowers (through association of devotees)

Danyosmi Swami. Adiyen’s Aneka Koti Namaskarams.
I checked with other versions available with me like Bagavad Gita Bashyams of Adishankara Bagavad Padar, Bagavad Ramanujar and Shri Madhvacharyar.
Above two books already referred provides special notes for Lord saying He is Sama Vedah Swaroopa.

Adiyen think this way (own opinion) . BhagavAn is and likes best of best. Pure of pure. Complex of complex.
Out of 12 months I am mArgazhi
Out of 11 rudrAs and so on…
It’s interesting to note that he didn’t say “I am not this month” or “I am not this Rudra” or “I am not this veda”
If you see, perumAl chose month mArgazhi because it’s cold month for us & difficult to wake up and do upAsanA on time to Bhagavan.
Aandaal Piraati chose that month & taught us how to adhere.
Adiyen understand that SAma vEda is complex to learn when compared, beautiful to listen . Perumal likes “Aaa OOO” sound in Srivaikuntam by NithyaSooris & mukhtAtmAs.
We can learn all 4 Vedas but can adhere only one.
May be Perumal wants us to understand that getting him is as difficult as it can get.
Advance apologies

Aneha koti namaskaram swami. Perfect alignment with Adiyen’s opinion swami. Bhagavan is the ‘best’ of the ‘best’, ‘good’ of ‘good’. While Bhagavan is everything, lord only identifies himself with the ‘best’.
So the question is to understand why ‘sama’ veda is the best among the 4 and the responses touches upon few aspects of it.

Got closest answer adiyen,
Swamy Ramanuja turned to Kurathazhvar one of his disciple and advised him to answer Yadava Prakasa’s question. Kurathazhvar replied to Yadava Prakasa, “ Sama veda is supposed to be the best of the Chatur Vedas. Even Lord Krishna announces that among Vedas he is Samaveda!

Namaskarams,
Bhagawan is equal to all. ” Samoham sarve bhoothesu na me dvshysothi na priya:’
HE does not have any like and dislikes. In that case why he is telling I am sama vada, Margazhi, Gayathri etc.,that means HE is also having likes and dislikes.Otherwise why he should say this.
I have no indepth knowledge in BG. If Swami explains us we can have better understanding about the verses in Gita
Hare Krishna!
Aneha koti namaskaram swami!
Lord is realized in 3 forms – formless (brahmajothi/effulgence), paramaatma and bhagavan (individual/person). Please note, formless is also a form. (அருவமும் ஒரு உருவம்). Gnani worships lord in ‘formless’ form, yogi worships as paramaatma and devotees worship the lord as ‘Bhagavan’.
Lord has no discrimination towards jivas (jivaatmas) but here in chapter 10 lord is explaining the ‘formless’ presence in all living and non-living beings. This ‘identification’ is just to get an understanding of the lord in what we see or experience, though the lord is ‘in’ everything and beyond the conception of our mind.

Vishwanathan Swami,
Why only Iyer (usually shiva worshippers) keeps name Vishwanathan? ? Does it mean Krishna not Vishwanathan?
Same way Krishna is everything. He treats everyone alike. From.ant to elephant. He is sama dharshana: as said in sahasranAma.
It’s our Karma that differentiates us.
