adiyen was going through the book titled Pancharatragama published by TTD. I hereby reproduce the text from that book within quotes.

“The principle of Nyasa has yielded very appreciable results by enabling an Acharya transmit his spiritualism into the body of the pupils by conducting initiation.”

I believe, here it means the process during samasrayanam. I would like to know what is meant by transmitting Acharyas spiritualism. What is the process and effect on pupil and how it is done?.
