The purpose is to be sAthvikam. Hitler was vegetarian but he killed many. I don’t harm people!!!

Brhadaranyaka Upanishad, Chapter 6, Fourth Brahmana, verse 18 states : If one wishes to beget a son, learned, famous, speaker of delightful words, should study all vedas and to attain full life term, they should eat cooked rice with meat and clarified butter.

This is the text I picked up, but there are possibilities for some to negate this and say that meaning of the Sanskrit verse is different. I am not an expert.
