I understand Hanuman will be the next Brahma. There is also another version that Ashwatama will be the next Brahma. Hanuman will get motcham after that. Hanuman refused to go with Rama to vaikuntam, when asked.

Swamy though an actual place and world exists in spiritual world , called Vaikunta planets. The same effect is experienced by those pure devotees like Lord Hanuman. One who is constantly thinking and remembering the Lord, the place around him , even in material realm , becomes like a mini Vaikunta – no material anxiety, Lord is present in his heart , The Lord’s pastimes are running on the mind of the devotee..So yes In one sense Hanumaan is living in Ayodhya , though present in earth.

Swamy, my understanding is close to what En Pani swamy has explained. If we are constantly remembering Perumal and fully engaged in His service, then irukkum idam SriVaikunTam.

Traveling sales men, Delivery personnel in logistics industry, Reporters (journalists), ‘on site’ employess, embassy personnel are all examples of people who are physically away from their HQ. But still they are very much considered to be part of the organisation and are based in the HQ.

This is my understanding and hence the statement, swamy.

Vikram swamy, but in Acharyas’ opinion ‘acchuvai’ refers to the ‘chuvai’ of Indhira lokam (SriVaikunTam) and not the ‘chuvai’ of Indra lokam (suvargalokam). 

Azhwaar is like an onsite employee preferring to stay onsite (SriRangam) instead of returning to the HQ (SriVaikunTam), because at Srirangam everybody considers him as a ‘new’ devotee and therefore gives him lot of mercy, whereas in HQ people tend to think he is advanced therefore he will receive ‘less’ mercy.
