Sri:

As adiyen had some bitter feelings in this forum started listening to other “Self developmental” audios.

In that, the author says:
“When a hungry person meets food & God in a desert, the person will select Food, therefore food is more than God”

As usual my mind cannot accept such statements.

Is Food different from God? Is Food better than God?

“Anno Brahmey Divya JAnAth”
to
“AnandO Brahmey Divya jAnAth”

When a person is in Anandam will he select God correct?

Swamy KoorathAzhwAn was reading Grantham forgetting food. What made him forget hunger?

What’s special in Sriman Narayana that makes him a class apart Swamy?

When Krishna ate one rice particle or keerai particle all stomachs were made full.

Only Sri Velukkudi Krishnan Swamy can answer this question

Please help adiyen

Vikram Swami,

adiyen is not trying to jump the gun and trying to answer a question, devareer posted for our Swami. Bhagavad Gita 15.14 reminded adiyen that Krishna, the fire in our digestive system (Vaiśvānara=the digesting heat in the stomach) can put it down, which makes us feel full.

ahaṁ vaiśvānaro bhūtvā
prāṇināṁ deham āśritaḥ
prāṇāpāna-samāyuktaḥ
pacāmy annaṁ catur-vidham

apologize for jumping here to answer.

Dhanyosmi Swami, while reading the next sloka BG 15.15

Lord Krishna confirms that he can make us forget our hunger as He is seated in our hearts and responsible for memory, knowledge, and its removal as well. So Swamy KoorathAzhwAn praying to the Lord to remove that memory and knowledge and satiate the fire does make logical sense.
