Atma getting body is explained to be in five stages in Panchagni vidya.  And only in the fifth stage they become Purusha or other being.

The other atmas which are unsuccessful in these five stages remain for long time and then gets some body. What happens to the atmas, those could not move to next stage. Will they move to next stage after sometime from that stage or will they again go back to the first stage (cloud) and start the process all over again.

Kindly explain.

Micro organisms multiply within the body and these atmas are not exposed to these 5 stages. Under the context of pachangni vidya, how it can be explained?.
