Mukthatma – Divya rupam after dip in viraja river

Swamy,

Namaskaram.

adiyen’s understanding is that the mukthatma gets a divine body (consisting of four arms with sanka and chakra similar to Perumal) after taking a dip in viraja river.

Whereas, Sri Bashyam Chapter 4 Pada 4 Adhikarana 1 establishes that “Mukthathma, on attaining motcham does not acquire a new body.  The existing nature (8 gunas) which was dormant all these times, get blossomed and dharma bhutha gnanam expands”.

Kindly clarify.
