Sri:

Swamy,
Many of my friends advise to do “Vipassana Meditation”. Popular people also advise the same.

I came to understand it is Buddhist form of meditation.

1. Swamy said “Yoga is okay but not as Moksha sAdhanam”. How about such practices?

Does it count as DevathAntharam or AntharyAmi ArAdhanam?

2. When Arjuna was not asked to meditate except for acquiring weapons, what is the guidline for Sriavaishanavite communities?

3. Being Silent requires Meditation? Or Meditation requires being silent?

Why Budhha Bhiskhu are called Mouna Gurus? Why mostly they go on silent mode?

Why “Pom Pazhi ellAm amaNan thalai mel pom”?

Srimathe Rangaramanuja Mahadesikaya Namaha

“Vipassana meditation is a form of mindfulness meditation that comes from the original teachings of the Buddha. It is a way of observing oneself without judgment, and it is said to be helpful in achieving enlightenment. Usually, it’s done over the course of 10 days. ”

Swamy, what’s going on?
