There are many logical proofs given by acarayas- based on a child’s  inability to chose the family/country to be born and also the differences that arise from the point a different child are born- health, wealth, education etc.

There are many evidences of children being born with memories of past life.

But as we know Lord is very merciful , he can make someone convinced about this fact or can also make him unconvinced depending on their desire, karma and paapa punya.. So Lord makes it an open ended problem/proof,  so that no body is fully forced to accept the reality and their freewill is still intact and for those who want he provides proof.

sarvasya caham hrdi sannivisto
mattah smrtir jnanam apohanam ca
vedais ca sarvair aham eva vedyo
vedanta-krd veda-vid eva caham
