Shastram is numerous. There is nothing like one Shastram book to refer. Shastram means ‘Rules” (Do’s and Dont’s). Every Puranas, Ithihasas, Upanishads, Vedas tell us each stories for us “what to follow and what not to follow” which is nothing but Shastras.

In Kali Yuga, we don’t have Life span or Gyanam or Vyragyam to know every Rules (shastras). So BhagavAn made it much simpler to “Follow a Gyani who is a Acharya” instead of we looking for ALL the shastric aspects, since we are not capable.

So here is what BhagavAn has laid the route for people like us.

“Acharya Mukhena Karishyami”.

Swami says:
“Shastra Vazhiyaal, Acharyan Manadhaal”
“சாஸ்திர வழியால், ஆசார்யன் மனதால்”.

Means, Shastras will say millions of Do’s and Don’ts, so a Acharyan is a Learned Gyani, who will tell us which one we should follow out of million things based on our YATHA SHAKTHI. This is due Acharyas karunai.

Through Swami’s Satsangam, we get Swami’s Anugraham and with Asmadh Acharyan Krupai and Ramanujar Kataksham, we are under the Safest Tree Shade. Swami’ numerous Enpani and Upanyasams provides us the daily do’ and dont’s plus Anugraham. Also ask Asmadh Acharyan for what to follow in Shastras that BhagavAta can do based on BhagavAta’s Yatha Shakthi. Out of many good things in shastras , if Bhagavata can only do few of it, then do those few things and be contented with that. Don’t worry much.

The goal of this life is to follow Shastras for just the “Joy of it”, since Bhagavan has said to do it, with an Ultimate goal as “Piraviyin Payan Piravaamai” and NO MORE SHASTRAS in SriVaikuntam, since there is no Karmas associated with us in SriVaikuntam and Shastras are applicable only in this Samsaram to cleanse our assocuated Karmas but will be totally eliminated with Ac garya Krupai.

Till we are in this Shareeram and reach SriVaikuntam for Nithya Kainkaryam ‘BhagavAn ThiruvAdi Kainkaryam’ and ALWAYS both times (here and there),
Acharya Ramanujar/Asmadh Acharyan/Sri Velukkudi Swami will keep blessing us due to their NIRHEDHUKAI KRUPAI (Causeless Mercy) and will name us ‘மிக்க சீர் தொண்டர்’ , though we are Agyani’s.

So follow the portions of Shastras that Acharyan says us to do and skip those portions that an individual cannot do and Manadhaal repent for it:

“Acharya Mukhena Karishyami”.
“Shastra Vazhiyaal, Acharyan Manadhaal”
“சாஸ்திர வழியால், ஆசார்யன் மனதால்”.
