Appropriate age to learn Sanskrit

This question is a little personal. But I don’t know where to ask you this so I ask here. I am a homemaker. 32 years old. I use to be a studios student. Got good grades and I worked in a bank.

I think about joining a job again or seeing husband’s business.. but again and again I am inclined towards spirituality. And doing something for needy people rather than earning money.. I thought of learning Sanskrit so that I could read more devotional books. Is it possible to learn Sanskrit at this age?

Seeing my horoscope an astrologer told I can become a upanyasakar. Hearing your speech I convey some messages to family members and they also encourage me. Is it possible at this age? For a woman? Non brahmin? If yes, is Sanskrit necessary? Simply to preach in our apartment complex .. to kids? Basics like Ramayana and Mahabharata? How should I prepare myself for that? Is there any training classes for that?

You can learn sAnskrit at this age. That would make you more confident. But studying Azhwar Divya prabandham will help you more to become a good upanyasakar. Where do you live ?

I am from Coimbatore Swamy. I am starting to read divyaprabandham with available book. Waiting for 2020 calendar and book. My baby is 11 months and so I could hardly find time. Soon I will make time for this for sure.

one thing is for sure that, age is just a no. when you have the curiosity and utmost “Ava” (interest) and moreover not for knowing a language for language’s sake instead  to learn the deep meanings of our beloved Acharyas then definitely Bhagwan will bestow his grace on you and will make you cross any obstacle , don’t worry.
