Srivaikuntam is supposed to be Non-Samsaric. How come garudazhwar had hunger?

Adiyen thinks that that incident was more to show Bhagavan’s rakshaka thanmai to a saranagathan. When someone surrenders to Bhagavan be it deva, manushya, tiryak etc, it does not matter to Bhagavan who or what kind of person he is. All it matters is he will never leave hold of him no matter whoever comes against it ( garuda in this case ).
Adiyen is not entirely sure if sumukhan approached Bhagavan in Sri vaikundam. One cannot reach Srivaikundam without being liberated. If liberated, why will 2 jivatmas fight in srivaikundam. One possibility is this could have happened in thirupaarkadal which is accessible to Brahmadi devargal.
Adiyen could be entirely wrong here. Kshamikka praarthikkiren.

Yes showing Perumal’s rakshaka thanmai. With regards to Jaya Vijayan dwara palaka, kaivalyArtha Munis also gave shaapam.
Mukkur Lakshmi NrusimhAcharyar told it’s Perumal’s play in Sri Vaikuntam.
Hopefully with Periyava & Acharya’s Grace we will get answer.

So far adiyen’s understanding from upanyasam is that the dwara palakar incident happens in Karya Vaikuntam which is in Leela Vibhoothi where the Devathas discuss about the necessities or complaints or ask help to Perumal. So other happenings are also of no surprise, since it is still Mishra Thatvam with Rajas, Tamas and Sathvik.
SriVaikuntam is ” Suddha Sathvamayam”. These cannot happen there.
Nithyasooris when they take Avatar in Leela Vibhoothi to play a role in Perumal’s leelai, they are also subject to the same law as applicable to us, but it is all game to teach us the good and the bad.
Swami in Enpani says about the Garuda Alwar apacharam to a devotee in this Leela vibhoothi.

As per adiyen’s little knowledge
Karya vaikuntam is de-classified by our VishistAdwaities. It is held by advaitis as a vaadam to establish nirvisesha Brahmam.

Devareer could be true about Karya vaikuntam. Adiyen don’t know such details. Adiyen is also not clear about the two location differences. In some upanyasam adiyen remember Swami mentioning about SriRama taking the whole Ayodhya vaasis at the end HIS Avatar to Karya Vaikuntam first. Then after some time, HE took them to Sri Vaikuntam which is after the Virajai Nadhi. Adiyen could be totally wrong here or misinterpretation, since there are so many Ramayanam versions and Swami has said Valmiki Ramayanam is the original source as it was written as and when it happened. If Karya Vaikuntam is in Valmiki Ramayanam, we can accept, if not we can ignore.
But either way, we all agree that Mishra tatvam incidents cannot happen in SriVaikuntam. If it happens, then what would be the purpose of Suddha Sathvamayam and JeevAthma reaching SriVaikuntam.
Adiyen thinks, It is BhagavAn viruppan, how HE wants to run HIS leelai.
May be that is the reason, in our sampradhayam, PoorvAcharyars call SriVaikuntam as “ParamaPadham” or “ThelivuVisumbhum ThiruNadu” or “Nalam Antham ellathor ThiruNadu” instead of saying Moksham or Mukthi or Vaikuntam to avoid confusion.
