Srivaikuntam is supposed to be Non-Samsaric. How come garudazhwar had hunger?

This could have occurred in the Vishnu lokams (not paramapada) as well which are present inside the material realm. So, inside the material realm, the 3 modes of nature work and the hunger in Garudazhwar could have been caused due to influence of rajo-guna in His bodily form accepted within the leela-vibhuti. This may not have anything to do with the original Garudar serving Bhagavan in Parama-padam which is completely suddha-sattva-maya aprakruta lokam.
I do not have any scriptural reference for this, but just hinted a possibility.
Other examples of Sri-Vishnu lokam:
Also, Sriramar took all the characharngal at the end of His avataram to santanika lokam, post which after sometime they all ascended to Parama-padam.
Even Dwaya-mahamantram was instructed first to Thayar by Perumal in Sri-Vishnulokam.
Jaya-Vijaya apacharam and falling down also in Sri-vishnu lokam.

One more question, how do we link parama pada gsrudan with Leela vibhuthi garudan?
Just as in Parama-pada, Bhagavan is lying on Adi-seshan and being served by Garudan and others who all are nitya-suris, similarly, when Bhagavan is in Thirupaarkadal or SriVishnulokam inside the leela vibhuti, He lies on same Adi-seshan and also served similarly by Garudan and others. However, Bhagavan always possesses Sudha-sattva-maya Thirumeni in all occasions at all places. Maybe, the nitya-suris though possessing all the capacities as in Sri-vaikuntam maybe adorning a prakruta thirumeni inside leela-vibhuti. I.e why in many stories in puranams or in Divya desa sthala puranam, we see they acting due to influence of 3 modes.
