Can Swami kindly provide a detailed discourse on Swami Desikan’s ‘Aahaara Niyamam’ and help us incorporate at least a few of his teachings ? Though it is in almost simple Tamil, explanation on that will be appreciated.
Having avoided onions, garlic and a few other vegetables like radish, kovakkai, surakkai, murungai, still not sure with the complete list to avoid. Also, it will be good if we are provided with the complete set of allowed vegetables too to really appreciate and follow.
