It is already answered by our swamy in one of his upanyasam.
We should offer food to perumal like nadaathur ammal.
Nadaathur ammal got his name because, he cared perumal like a child .So, he was called as Ammal by our perumal.
When bhattar offered hot milk to varadaraja perumal, nadaathur ammal cried, thinking that perumal’s tongue will boil. So, he cooled the milk for the right consistency and gave to perumal.
If you give hot food to your krishna, will it not pain his tongue and stomach? So, give him food in the right consistency.
So, we should care our perumal like a child.
