கோவில் அர்ச்சகர் ஆவதற்கு என்ன பயிற்சி பெற வேண்டும்? என்ன கற்க வேண்டும்? ஏதாவது திவ்ய தேசத்தில் அடியேன் அர்ச்சகர் கைங்கரியத்தில் ஈடுபடலாமே என்ற எண்ணம் தோன்றி உள்ளது, அதனால் இதை பற்றி அறிய விரும்புகிறேன்.

your desire is nice! very nice! But from what I understand archakar kainkaryam in divyadesams are passed down in paramparai. Outsiders can not. There are other options though.
We can aspire to become a gardener or cleaner or other such services (may be cook) in the Divyadesam. Perumal does not distinguish between one kind of kainkaryam and another. He only sees the level of devotion with which we engage in any assigned service. So, we may explore these other service options at Divyadesams.
On the otherhand, if we are particular about archakar service, then we may explore other temples. There are so many ancient temples in small small villages; unfortunately many of these are neglected completely or almost neglected. People who were serving there have either migrated or left this world. We may aspire to serve in any of these temples. The best thing in such opportunity is, the same Perumal Whom we get darshanam after so much difficulty in big big divya desams, we can serve Him in ekaantam in these small temples. Probably this will be more pleasing to Him too.
Please consult your acharyan swamy before taking any such decision.

Kambandasan swamy
Actually my family is a kainkarya parargal lineage in one of a very popular Divyadesam. I came to know about that only 2 years ago. But since I have settled in Chennai, I was not able to go there and I cannot go there because I’m not welcome.
But it’s not that I have to be an archagar there only. I’m ok with any Divyadesam which is in a village.
But i want to get qualified for that by learning daily rituals and other rituals, if possible practicing along with someone. And I also want to how how should I be mentally prepared for this – understanding what to do and what not to do.
Unfortunately my acharyan is no more for me to get advice.

In latest youtube, APN Swamy is selecting students for Thiru ArAdhanam. To serve temples in villages. Minimum requirement 3 kaala sandhyavandhanam it seems.
Adiyen don’t have shareera shuddhi neither chitha shudhi so not qualified.
Adiyen doing Sandhyavandhanam daily if God willing Kainkaryam kidaikkum.
