Well thats none other than SRI KRISHNA , there is no other manifestation as a complete male – SRI KRISHNA is the only complete male

Ability to accept Love but conditional and judgemental
Ability to experience fear and anxiety
Ability to make complete surrender to a complete male
Ability to take revenge through the bravery and strength of a complete male
Ability to CREATE A COMPLETE MALE OR COMPLETE FEMALE THROUGH MOTHERHOOD
Ability to win
Ability to experience extremes of emotions
Ability to experience possessiveness
Ability to show complete chastity

Both Draupadi and Yashodha are Complete Women

There are examples of complete male and complete Female in all of the eastern literature

Imagine what will happen if the manifestation (male or female) with the above qualities are not placed in appropriate situations,profession and interests – it will be a disaster and that is what is happening in the current scenario in the name of rights.
