Swamy told in some upanaysamas that no apacharams calculated and Karma added till < 12 years old. in that case any Kids who dies before <12 will get “NILL” karma vinnai ? and attain “Moksha” Bhoomi ?. 

just crossed that situation today while travelling , hence asked.

No new karma vinai is added till 12 years. But, a big bagful of previous karmas are still there. Hence, they are not free from re-births.  If someone exhausted all previous karmas with small left out karma for which he take the birth, probably he can be free from re-births.

For Jatakam , it is calculated only after 5 years according to adiyen’s understanding

Namaskaram,

Adiyen think only karma vinai is not there upto 12 years of age. But apacharam (bhagavatha apacharam) can accumulate even under 12. Please let know if I am correct.
