Adiyen based on our swamigal upanyasams and acharya thiruvadi balam will try to answer devareer’s question. Karma phalam from big actions of ours are debited from our sanchita karma account, which can’t be spent in this boolokam, are spent in heaven and hell. Whereas the birth we take on this earth, is based on our desire at the time of death from our previous birth. To fulfill our desire, Perumal creates a praraptha karma account and credits them with some karma phalam from our big sanchita karma account. This is what we spend in this birth here.  As we know, when we surrender, Perumal zeroes and closes our sanchita karma account. We still have balance in our praraptha karma account and we have to exhaust them before we reach His Lotus feet (hopefully in this birth). It’s important that we ensure we don’t add more to this balance and focus on depleting them at the earliest. Please forgive adiyen for any wrong saying.
