In Podhigai TV, Swami Ramanujar movie, it was explained “Narayana is a karana peyar” a logical derivated name of Perumal. If so, what is the actual name of Perumal? Is it brahmam?

Adiyen sorry for comparing Podhigai TV Ramanuja movie not sure if those can be followed as per pramanams. Adiyen feel seeing such events on TV is better than seeing entertainment with family.
Question remains the same. Does Perumal’s name creates meaning or name of Perumal is meaningful?
Eg: Rama Ra + Ma we get many explanations. Is the name derived or direct?
Raghavan = Raghuvamsam
Is there’s a possibility of having a Thiru naamam without derivation? I don’t know whether my question is even correct or not?
Hare Krishna! Aneka koti namaskaram swami!
In the discourse on ‘vishnu sahasranamam’, our swami explains that ‘bhagava’ is 3 letter name – bha+ga+va and each letter represents 2 gunas – gnana, bala, iswarya, thejas, sakti, veeryam. And each of these pairs of gunas (3 pairs) are meant for creation, preservation & destruction.
Perhaps, different names represents different gunas or avatars that exhibit different gunas.
Gaudiya vaishnavites say ‘krishna’ means ‘all attractive’ (exhibiting all 6 qualities – gnana, iswaryam, sakti, fame, beauty & renunciation), so there is no one who can resist loving sri krishna.
Sarvam Krishnaarpanam!
