Just a thought. If Rama has given moksha to all people of ayodhya including the grass, insects, trees of ayodhya, would it not have included lava and kusha?.

Swami, your saying is correct.
But usually we say that Rama did pattabisehkam to lava and kusha .Am I correct?

Lava and Kusha fetched good individuals from outside Ayodhya and started all over again.
Swami, Why were Lava and Kusha left behind in Ayodhya by Rama, even though they were His sons.

Ikshvaku dynasty has to continue and Ayodhya has to flourish again. Sri Rama has always held kingdom more important than family.
