Namaskaram.

adiyen believe azhwars and purvacharyas would have had atma sakshathkaram / atma dharshanam.

I had some experience while practicing Raja yoga meditation (more than 25 years back). I would like to know my experience w.r.to atma dharshanam anubhavam.

Is there any work on atma dharshanam anubhavam in our sampradayam of any azhwars / purvacharyas?.

If so, I would like to read. Would be happy to get some references in this regard.

Bhagavad Gita details about atma sakshatkaram. Swamy Alavandar Swamy Ramanuja and Swamy Vedanta Desika have explained in their respective works. But none of our Acharyas have written anything about their experience. On the contrary, have given no credence to it. To them, Paramatma Guna anubhavam and kainkaryam were the only experience.
