Dear All BhagavAtas,

Most of them were asking why Sri Velukkudi Swami is not saying about Atthi Varadhar Perumal. This is because Swami has already said it in the past 108 Divya desams CD.

It’s about the entire Kanchipuram Divya desam “Varadharaja Perumal a.k.a KanchiDeva Perumal a.k.a Thyagaraja Perumal a.k.a Hasthigiri Perumal being the head office for Thondai Divya desams.

Swami specifically says in 11min35sec to 12min45sec in SHORT about, how Kanchipuram was originally called as SathyaVradha kShetram, Atthi Varadhar Perumal is the Moola Moorthi who is under Ananthasaras Pushkarani and Perumal cones out once in 40~42 years from Water to give sevai to all Bhaktas. This makes sense, since last Atthi Varadhar came out was in 1979 (40 yes before) and prior to that was in 1937 +l(42yrs before).

Swami says, this Atthi Varadhar Perumal was being prayed in each yugas by:

1. Brahma (Sathya Yuga/ Kritha Yuga),

2. Gajendran/Elephant (Tretha Yuga), Elephant is called Hasthi in Sanskrir, so Hasthigiri.

3. Brihaspathi (Dwapara Yugha),

4. Ananthan (Kali Yugha), means by Adhisheshan who is None other than our Swami Ramanujar.

With Swami”s Arul and Acharya Krupai, adiyen mentioned the Swami’s very same Short information in another thread with some additional details very initially about Atthi Varadhar from upanyasams as in below link.

2) Also check with another BhagavAta “GaneshRaghav” who has been visiting Athi Vardar daily for BhagavAn’s Arul and it is his 27th day video as below. He is posting videos from his 1st day visit and giving some tips as well. He resides in Kanchipuram. Please ask him tips and how to get Athi Vardar Dharshan, since he is a local person and should have some experience, and his goal is to get Athi Vardar Dharshan for all the 48 days. 3) Most are NOT aware of two more Atthi Vardhar Perumal Temples in Kanchipuram who has come out from Jalam to give sevai for 48 days once in 40 years like the present Athi Vardar in Vasantha Mandapam. Those Perumal names are “Pavala Vannar Athi Varadar & Patchai VannarAthi Varadar.” Swami Karunakaracharyar says in the below link about these two Athi Varada Perumal and the temple location. This Peruaml is “Amarndha Kolam (Siting Posture)” like in SriVaikuntam. There is no crowd in these two temples, but Perumal is available only for 48 days like the Moola Moorthi in Vasantha Mandapam. So, Please go there as there is no crowd, since most are not aware of it. It is same Sayana Athi Vardar in Vasantha Mandapam available in Sitting Posture here as Pavala/Patchai Vannar.

Beautiful question BhagavAta.

Swami has said that in Sampradhayam, two ways we say, “Perumal Sevai குடுத்தாரா “, in addition to saying “Perumalai சேவிச்சோமா “.
So question can also be slightly changed as,

“ஆத்தி வர்தர் சேவை குடுத்தா என்ன குடுக்காட்டி என்ன? in same trend as BhagavAta asked.

But the good thing us, All Perumals are Sriman NarayanAn.

நம்ம வீட்டில் திருஆராதனை செய்யும் பெருமாளே நமக்கு அத்தி வரதர் என்று கொண்டு, அன்புடன் தினமும் அவரை பூஜை செய்து, அவர் ஆனந்ததுக்காக என்று உணர்தால், அதை விட ஆனந்தம் கிடையாது. சிந்திப்போம்.
