Namaskaarams of Adiyen to Shri U.Ve.Krishnan Swamy.
Adiyen is abroad on a deputation with few of my friends. Adiyen always like to speak on God and scriptures. But, other friends here are not interested in these.
They keep making fun of everything but asks questions as if they are serious.
For example, we have to get up at 3.45 am everyday, have breakfast by 5.30 am and leave to office by 6 am.
One of our colleagues didn’t get sleep every night fearing that he may miss the bus. Adiyen told him about mind, buddhi etc. Adiyen told him to develop courage by saying to his mind, “What will happen if I miss the bus? They are not going to kill me. At the maximum one day salary will be cut. So, nothing to worry even if I sleep.”
Adiyen said, “by thinking so, you will infact get good sleep and there will be no necessity to take leave also. Everything is about how we tune our mind.” He followed, had good sleep every night and punctually got up in the morning.
Few days passed and Adiyen told him that I had to climb a 70 m ladder as a part of my job. Getting back down was bit tough. He said, “You always say everything is in mind and how we think. Why don’t you think, nothing will happen in mind and jump from the top?”
How to deal such Kudarkavaadis? They listen to scriptures, make use of it, but at last harass the person who try to help them.
Bagavad Ramanujar shown us that good things to be shared to all impartially, by spreading Ashtakshara Mantra from top of temple tomb at Thirukkoshtiyur.
In this 2018, can we speak about God and scriptures to everyone who ask about them or should we look for some basic qualifications before speaking?
Devarir’s speech on, “Can a Baktha get irritated?” gave me a great relaxation, strength and courage to handle these people. I felt as if Swamy posted this for Adiyen when it was much required.
Adiyen request Swamy to advise people Adiyen, if we have to constantly answer such people and help them irrespective of harassment or should Adiyen maintain a distance from them?
