Correlating science with vedic practices

Srimate ramanujaya nama:

Vedas prescribes various karma anustanam to us and to validate/support it, mostly people talk about the ‘Scientific values’ behind it!
Is this a appropriate method to explain every vaidic dharma wrt to science?
Example:
1)We use Copper or silver vattil in thiruvaradhanam just as these metals has ‘positive ions’ in them which gives health benefits
2) We use water resource which is having bho sparisham, because those gives fresh nutrient rich water..
Etc etc
Such explanation might convince youngsters like us who keep pestering with questions but this certainly limits the scope of vedas which deals with atman and paramatman.
Swamy please pardon my ignorance and kindly give an perspective with which we should take up this?

Not necessary at all. Vedas stand on their own.

Srimate Ramanujaye Namaha,

Seshadri Swamy, Velukkudi swamy has spoken about this in a related enpani audio #1610 “Geeta and Science” https://www.kinchit.org/kinchit-en-pani/1601-1650/

Swamy explained that for initial faith one or two examples of “how  whatever Vedas say is correct even as per science” approach can be taken.. but we cannot and should not do it on one to one basis for everything, as science is not developed yet to understand subtle matter, and we will be wasting time if we do for each aspect as well. That is what i remember hearing in that audio.
