Can anyone, daily post things that one should follow according to what rishis told in their respective smritis. I Would like to follow those prescribed acharams of rishis.

Swamy has explained that these have to applied individually at personal level depending on one s level of faith and commitment.
So Swami suggested it is best to read from books rather than posting in forum.
