Does Karma affect a prapannan? Swami Desikan says BhAgavatha apachAram can lead to stopping of moksham.

Prapathi can be done only once. So BhAgavatha apachAram should be rectified in same janma. Whose responsibility is that? As soul has already self surrendered by prapathi will bhagavan give a chance to clean all apachArams or its still soul’s independent free will?

If there is such a free will to a soul.even after a self surrender whats the point in complete surrender?

SharanAgathi/prapathi can be done only once. If BhAgavatha apachAram stops then what happens to that soul ever doomed?
