Adiyen know only two things
1. Manavala Mamunigal sampradayam – Tenkalai
2. Desika Sampradayam – Vadakalai
Tenkalai don’t accept Desikan as Acharyan
Vadakalai don’t accept Maa Munigal

Adiyen understands that even before both the champions identified with their respective sampradAyam (ManavAla MAmunikal and Swami Desikan), the seeds for both the sampradAyam were sown by ParAsara Bhattar (for Tenkalai) and Kuresar (for Vadakalai).

👉 tenkalai accept, swami desikan as one of our acharya.
👉We recite his, ” sriman venkata natharya ” thaniyan during sri bhashya kalakshepam.
👉 There is desikan sannidhi in every thenkalai temples.
👉 And moreover, manavala mamuigal in one of his works, quotes swami desikan as “Abhiyuktar ”

I am unsure about the rest of the points but the above point is factually incorrect.
VedAnta Desikan sannidhi seldom exists in any Tenkalai temple.
Similarly, I have not come across ManavAla MAmunikal sannidhi in any Vadakalai temple.
By and large, this is the condition.
I am not privy to exceptions.

Yes, now recall Desikar sannidhi at Srirangam just opposite Nrusimhar sannidhi!
But I think this sannidhi is not managed by the main temple management, I believe so.

There is “NO” other lineage.
Emperumanar selected 74 aadhikaris as 74 shimasanadhi pathi and entitled them to do pancha samskaram. At the same time , as “Oran vazhi” aacharyan ramanujar made Sri Embar as next acharyan after him. Then same paramparai extents till Swamy manavala manuigal who is punar avataram of Swamy ramanujar himself. Also the acharya in the line including sri embar to sri manavala mamunigal all belongs to family of 74 shimasanathipathi. FYI Manavala mamunigal belongs to “Gomadathu azhwaan” who is one amongst 74 shimasanathipathi. All thennacharya sampradaya acharyas belongs to 74 shimasanathipathi.
Moreover during the time when manavala mamunigal too the sampradaya nirvaaham in srirangam. The already existing acharya paramparai like kandadaiyaar, mudumbai nambi etc etc entire 74 shimasanathipathi’s clan who then existed did ashrayam to manavala mamunigal since he was Ramanuja’s punar avatharam.

Yes there is only “one guru paramparai existed”. The Lakshmi natha samarambam thaniyan we say is made by koorathazhwan is representative of this paramparai only.
74 simhasanadhipathis where there but there was no 74 different guruparamparai! Just to make you clear!
Sri Ramanuja made 74 shimasanadhi pathi one amongst them is Embar himself. Sri Embar was made as successor to ramanuja. So “that Embar lineage” is the “only lineage” that Swamy emperumanar created. No other parallel paramparai where present those times.
Later to bring swamy desikan into picture , mutts started stating their own guru paramparai. They started to “claim” different acharya paramparai is existing (Ramanujar – pillaan – Engal azhwaan) etc. But this is totally untenable.
For sake of argument if u say these extra paramparai existed – take the works of pillaan or Engal azhwaan check it against the present day’s Vadakalai school of thoughts. It won’t match! So why is this nonsense “patching up” methods are tried I don’t know. Because during emperumanar’s time the sampradhaya arthams where clear all the acharyas propounded the same thing. Also they all surrendered themselves under the one oran vazhi guruparamparai aka “That Embar linear” you referred to!

Check your ahobila mutt guru.paramparai.
They have the very same guru paramparai as that of present Thennacharya sampradhayam aka “that embar lineage”. There is not place of “Sri desikan” in that!!
To reconcile that one more guru paramparai called “kalakshepa paramparai” is created with Pillaan – Engal azhwaan etc including desikan inside that!
This is one misleading act – showing two different paramparai -done here to just to bring in desikan into guruparamparai and push VK ideology!
There is only one guru paramparai in this sampradayam ie the ragasiya thraya paramparai which starts from Periya perumal – nammazhwar – nathamunigal to Emperumanar
The emperumanar made 74 shimasanathipathis then made his sishyar Sri Embar as next to him. The same “Ragasiya thraya parambarai” continued and ended with Swamy Manavala maamunigal to whom the same periya perumal came as disciple. Who started it as come to close the cycle!

I’m a staunch follower of manavala mamunigal.
Manavala mamunigal words = veda vaaku
Whatever manavala mamunigal said is correct .
