Well the car was on public road. How can one claim not to stand on road in TamilNadu?

That car did not have number but some Tamil based writing on number board. With Advocate sticker ad well.

Looks like some big shot’s mediator trying to show off the superiority? Don’t know. Looks like he is some owner of music training company!?. That is what is being told by that company’s staff.

If you talk rules you are threatened? Are we living in India or abroad? We Indian citizens don’t have rights to freely roam on Indian roads?
