Dhanyosmi swami for providing us mahabharatam audios over 226 days , otherwise many of us don’t have energy, intelligence or patience to read and understand such a big epic.

In the last audio, Janmejaya asks that Swarga is a temporary place , so where did they go after that. Then it was answered that they went to their places where they belonged to originally.

Based on previous threads and audios i thought eventually everybody will reach Vaikunta as in this thread below.

But it was said Bheesmar went to planets of Ashta vasus, Pandu to mahaendra patnam, Dhrtarashtra to Kubera’s place etc.. so when the question was “swarga is temporary so where did they go” and the answer is to other places, it gives impression to us that as though these other planets are permanent. Which is not perhaps.. is it answered so because in relative sense these planets are more permanent? And do they perform devotional service in these planets to eventually reach to Vaikunta?

If the question or the way of presenting the question has some inadequacies,kindly correct the same.
