I have heard that any Gayatri mantra should be chanted only by receiving it from a guru..so they usually tell when it can be recited and how.

Swami and other Bhgavathas can share more on the origin and the effects.

Adiyen felt water stopping in my house that will prevent me from bathing & doing Sandhyavandhanam.

First time adiyen tried out Varuna Gayathri from online and recited 108 times. Now rains are coming. Adiyen think it worked out. Don’t know if it’s correct or not. Result matters.

Well Bhagavath Krupai and Acharyan Anugraham. Usually i don’t pray Navagraha and all.

Then thought of chamakam:

प्राणोयज्ञेन कल्पतामपानोयज्ञेन कल्पतां
व्यानोयज्ञेन कल्पतां चक्षुर्यज्ञेन कल्पता
श्रोत्रं यज्ञेन कल्पतां मनोयज्ञेन कल्पतां
वाग्यज्ञेन कल्पतामात्मा यज्ञेन कल्पतां
यज्ञोयज्ञेन कल्पताम्

Praano yagyena kalpataamapaano yagyena kalpataam
vyaano yagyena kalpataam chakshuryagyena kalpataam

vaagyagyena kalpataam aatmaa yagyena kalpataam

Chamakam says to do the yagnya and for the yagnya NArAyaNan I need all these

Whats wrong in asking Varuna bhaghavan to bring rain not only to me and to all people. Secondly, adiyen thought iof AntharyAmi to VarunA Sriman NArAyaNa in the form of TriVikraman where Brahma did pAda pooja and that water became Ganga devi.

So adiyen thought if availability of water prevents Sandhyavandhanam why not try it out?

The purpose of chamakam in Veda is the same right?

Adiyen doing:
1. Pariseshanam daily (only during lunch so far)
2. Sandhyavandhanam (By directions of Acharya)
3. Possible Sthothrams everyday (With Acharya blessing/initiation)

Day before thadangal came hindrance/ hurdle or whatever you call. As usual I got angry on Vishnu. SamsAram was so powerful. That i started comparing worldly affairs with powers of Vishnu. See we need to be in friendly environment for spirituality.
