If Sakkarathazhwar is Nithyasoori, how come there is “Jayanthi” for him?

Sakkarathzahwar is considered as Nithyasoori. Nithyasoori means who has been in Srivaikuntam for ever without any birth. Then why are we celebrating Sakkarathzahwar “Jayanthi”? Doesn’t that mean he was born at some point of time, which contradicts with the title “Nithyasoori”?

Kindly enlighten. Thank you very much.
