Swami, is the concept of  “Kan drishti” true?

Logically seems true. But philosophically ” Theedum nandrum pirar thara vaara” , we get back our own karma only. So how to reconcile these two facts?

Is it like  kan drishti is like a catalyst to open our karma?

Even in that case Karma that is bound to happen  due to past actions will happen, so is there any benefit to protect oneself from drishti?

Also for some people I don’t see this having much effect.. like Sachin tendulkar.. he might have Drishti from all over the world.. but he still performed well consistently..similarly outstanding musicians etc..
But in normal people even small success is bound to have some reverses and people usually attribute to Drishti..

How to understand this? What  should one do?
