SrImathE rAmAnujAya nama:
namaskAram swAmy,
Yes dhEvarIr is asking some deep questions. But certain things are like that.
For example, after nammAzhwAr got mOksham, it became a kramam to say ‘AzhwAr thiruvadigaLE SaraNam’. After emperumAnAr’s kAlam, ’emperumAnAr thiruvadigaLE SaraNam’ was also added. After mAmunigaL’s time ‘jIyar thiruvadigaLE SaraNam’ was also added.
Now this does not mean that all these people influenced vEdham. But certainly sampradhAyam can be influenced. But not by common individuals like us. But exalted adiyArs like our emperumAnAr can influence. Even emperumAn named the SrI vaishNava sampradhAyam as ’emperumAnAr dharisanam’.
So the point adiyEn is trying to make is perhaps this mangaLa sUthram which is wore by married women was also influenced by some rishi (after looking at the ill effects of kali yugam), so that after seeing that no men would look at that woman in an offensive manner.
adiyEn will try to gather even more information on this.
adiyEn dhAsan.
