Arumai Srinivasa Swami for the reminder about Swami Manavaala Maamunigal Thiru Nakshatram. As devareer informed chanting Acharya Vaazhi Thirunaamam as krIthakjyatha (gratitude) is the only Athma Ujjivanam for us.
This year is Swami’s 650th ThiruNakshatram celebrations, and Adiyen would to share the link of Velukkudi Sri Krishnan Swami’s Day03 SorPozhivu. Day 04 is Swami’s ThiruKumarar Velukkudi Sri Ranganathan Swami’s SorPozhivu. There are other great Senior Upanyasakars SorPozhivu as well ongoing. It’s a great previlage for us to listen and follow.

In general, we know ThiruManthiram represents
ஆ, உ, ம
Saamanya Artham:
ஆ : Paramathma : Srimathe Narayana
உ : AcharyA who connects ம to ஆ
ம : Bhaadhatmas (all trapped jeevaathmas in Material world).
Vishishta Artham:
ஆ : ஆழ்வா்,
உ : உடையவர்,
ம : மாமுனிகள்
Why because, all three took Avataram in same birth place ஆழ்வா்திருநகரி.
Ok agreed, but UdayavAr Avataram sthalam is SriPerumbuthoor, isn’t?
Yes, that is Vibhava Avataram sthalam, but first Archai Avataram sthalam is ஆழ்வா்திருநகரி, that’s were NamAlwar gave first Swami Ramanujar Archai vigraham to us.
In Sampradhayam, Archai is same as Vibhava Avataram, so Swami Ramanujar first Avataram Sthalam is ஆழ்வா்திருநகரி.
Hence the Vishesha Artham for ஆ, உ, ம as above.

Swami Ramanujar Archai Vigraham came in same form First in ஆழ்வா்திருநகரி even before HIS own later Vibhava Avataram in SriPerumbuthoor. That’s the uniqueness of Swami Ramanujar. Hence HE is the Only UDDHARAKA AcharyA (who takes us to ParamaPadham for Nithya Kankaryam) and all others are Upakaraka Acharyas. Maamunigal is Swami Ramanujar Maru Avataram to complete the approx. 200 years of Kankaryam as per ParaVasudevan Aagya.

Where is it said 200 yrs?, Doesn’t adiyen know basic calculation 120+73=197. Please read again “……… complete the approx. 200 years of Kankaryam….. …”. So “approx.” means anywhere around + or – 200 yrs some buffer. Swami covers this approx. 200yrs in upanyasams as well. More over BhagavAn is the one who commands to Aadhisheshan for approx 200yrs. Same BhagavAn says “I will give Moksha for Ramanuja Sambhandhi. We believe it from same Upanyasakars and Acharyas because we want Moksham due to selfish reasons to escape from Material suffering not because of Nithya Kankaryam interest, and we don’t have questions asked because we are benefitted. When same BhagavAn says through the same Upanyasakars and Acharyas that Ramanujar Avataram is Maamunigal, those who don’t have affinity or interests, question them to the same BhagavAn and then go to same BhagavAn for Moksham. It’s a very interesting phenomena to see how the Bhaadhatmas Vaasanas fiddle around, which Swami Vendanta Desikan has beautifully said in the past that “…ஒரே கூரையின் கீழ் பாம்புடன் உறங்குதல்….”.

My only query was , why 120+ 73? What is the secret behind two avathArams?

Adiyen bringing thread alive. Wanted to share something interesting. Though adiyen don’t know much about ThennAchArya sampradayam (Don’t know Vada Acharya sampradayam either that’s different matter).
Adiyen was thinking deep as to why “Maamunigal” Swamy did not complete 200yrs Sankalpam of PerumAl?
Please don’t mistake adiyen if this thought process is wrong.
“Maa Munigal wanted Moksham earlier. He could not be separated from PerumAl for long. Perumal gave Jeeva SwAthanthriyam more priority and cancelled his own Sankalpam. Just like Krishna cancelled his Sankalpam for Bheeshma”
