Whether mukhtatmas also do kainkaryam to acharyas at vaikuntam?.
Is there any social life for mukhtatmas apart from doing kainkaryam?.

Dear swamin,
We can take any form and go to any place like Srirangam, Kanchi, etc to perform divine service to lord. You can also take the form of a flower that is kept for Aaradhanam at Srirangam (Example) or the form of theertham, etc.
Bhagavan may choose us when he descends down as Krishna in next yuga and we may be born as gopikas, etc.
One more possibility is we can also visit other lokams. But here adiyen is not sure of the extent and possibilities.

Has devareer heard the discussion between Azhwaan and Udayavar?
After Azhwan received permission from Periya Perumal to leave his body, Udayavar was shocked and said, he said leave before Azhwan. Azhwan said that’s not right. There is a tradition in Sri Vaikuntam that residents welcome the newcomers by washing their feet. Even there Azhwan wanted to perform kaimkariyam to Udayavar and not vice versa. Such great personality emperumAnAr himself proclaims that it was due to his connection to kUrathAzhwAn he gets mOksham.
There are other instances that adiyen is trying to recollect and will share as adiyen remembers them.

Yes. I did heard about it. That is why I posted, though as a querry, to get to know that mukthatmas do kainkaryam to acharyas while welcoming only or at any time in vaikuntam. Do they share their time to do kainkaryam to both acharyas and Perumal?.
What are the other activities of mukthatmas at vaikuntam?. Is that only doing kainkaryam always and for ever?.

adiyen remembering from our swami’s upanyasams that given that the time dimension doesn’t control the activities in Sri Vaikuntam unlike here, it’s up to each muktatma to decide how long and how they want to serve their acharya / Perumal. Like for eg: if we like to perform thirumanjanam to the lord, we’ll have an unlimited quantity of milk, unlimited time, and unlimited strength to do it as long as one wants. As the name suggests, Vaikuntam is a place where there is no limit to anything. Given that the residents of Sri Vaikuntam are devoid of any bad qualities, their only activity is to perform kaimkariyam to Perumal. A concept that’s difficult to comprehend with our (at least my) limited intelligence and current impure state.

What are the other activities of mukthatmas at vaikuntam?. Is that only doing kainkaryam always and for ever?.
Just like my hands and legs and lungs and heart and ….etc are all doing service to me always and forever (as long as I am in this body), similarly I am also always and forever doing kainkaryam to Perumal. When I am a baddha-atma I do these services unintentionally, or even when done intentionally with considerable effort to overcome my lower nature; when I reach the ‘muktha’ stage I will spontaneously and willingly do these services always and forever.
What is the nature of the services? Well, even the gopa-friends playing with Krishna are serving Him through their playing. The elderly gopies ‘scolding’ Krishna for stealing butter are also serving Him by singing His lila of stealing. The bacteria that makes milk to curd for our Perumal in Vaikuntha are also serving Him. So, each atma can take whichever service appropriate for oneself and happily engage in that kainkaryam.

Please hear and study Bhagavad Gita 10.7 to 10.11. In these slokas Perumal explains what the devotees who are fully devoted to Him without contamination do. He also explains how He helps such devotees in getting gnanam. i.e. by acharya anugraham when one cultivates and mature in bhakthi, gnanam automatically is given by Perumal. The reverse process where we cultivate gnanam on our effort and when gnanam matures we get bhakthi…. that is a very long drawn process!
The particular slokam that addresses your question is 10.9, where He describes what His devotees do when they socialise.
So, there is ‘socialisation’ amongst mukthatma devotees too.
