We see women/men now a days are not being educated on the topic of goal of human life and the privilege the women has got from Perumal. Because of this not being known they try to compete with men and having competition to attain 50/50. Many women who come to work in corporates, we see 95% women in leadership position in India from Hindu/Sanatam background are not keeping Kumkum or any thilakam , not combing the hair , not cooking their own food, etc and setting an example that being like this is a privilege and happy thing which many women from younger generation have started to follow.
We see Parents and society has great role to educate everyone or else it is very difficult for the people to have a peaceful family life ,even though all are earning no one is happy
