How can Adisheshan alone be Udayavar, i.e. how can he alone be given the responsibility of mangaing Leela Vibuthi ? Then it contradicts all nithyasuris are equal. How does it stand?

Given that guru paramparai concept repeats again in next Chathur Yugam also, then Adisheshan only will be Udayavar. Even the responsibility aforementioned will not be rotated among others.

One more doubt is since Adisheshan is taking care of Nithya Vibuthi in Kali Yuga then does he know when we pray. Because only if we assume he knows what we do, then only he shall know who to give moksham. But adiyen is clear about this wrt other nityasuris as swmay clarified earlier.
