We understand Vedams are Apurusheyam and Anathi. adyen came across this verse in Srimad Bhagavatham 3.11.35

pūrvasyādau parārdhasya
brāhmo nāma mahān abhūt
kalpo yatrābhavad brahmā
śabda-brahmeti yaṁ viduḥ

What is the meaning of “abhūt kalpo yatrābhavad brahmā śabda-brahmeti”?

adiyen’s understanding is that the word abhūt indicates here as Vedas manifested/came into existence at the beginning of the Kalpa when Brahma was created/born.
