Vyuha vasudeva divides himself into sankarshna, pradyumna and aniruddha each associated with sustaining of life, destruction and creation. In the same manner vishnu is the sustainer and he himself becoming antaratma of rudra and Brahma destroys and creates. What is the difference in this two? If any mistake I have made, kindly forgive.

Based on Swami’s Pravachanams and adiyens Acharya Krupai, adiyen would like to refer/share details regarding this question.
Sriman Narayana provides some of HIS Divine Qualities to other JeevAthams as below categories hierarchy in descending order.
Poorna Avataram > (Greater than) Shakthi Avataram > (Greater than) Shakthi Aavesha Avataram
[BhagavAn HIMSELF (100% of ALL Qualities) > ONE Quality imparted to a JeevAthma) > Portion of ONE quality of BhagavAN imparted to a Jeevathma].

1) ‘Poorna Avataram‘ is BhagavAn Sriman NARAYAN HIMSELF with “NO DISCHARGE” of powers to other Jeevathmas.
Example: SriRama, SriKrishna, Sri Narasimha, Sri Varaha etc… with ALL SUPREME DIVINE SIX QUALITIES as
- Gyana (Ultimate Knowledge),
- Bhala (Ultimate Strength),
- Veerya (Ultimate Valour),
- Aishwarya (Ultimate Opulence),
- Shakthi (Ultimate Energy),
- Thejas (Ultimate Luster).
Poorna Avataram is classified a Para, Vyuha, Vibhava, Antaryamai, Archai
The Vyuha Avatram is classified into three Sankarshana , Pradyumna, Aniruddha
Sankarshana Avatram utilizes Gyana & Bhala Qualities for Dissolution.
Pradyumna Avataram utilizes Veerya & Aishwarya Qualities for Protection.
Aniruddha Avataram utilizes Shakthi & Thejas Qualities for Creation.
These three forms of BhagavAN is PRIMARY SHRISTI, where HE creates “EACH ANDAM” which is a bubble shape or Shell shape. Each Andam has 14 lokas starting from Satyya Loka on top and Bhoolokam at center and other lokas below.
Sankarshana , Pradyumna, Aniruddha Creates, Protects, Destructs the Andams.
While, Each Andam itself has Fixed Position like one Brahma, One Rudra etc.. where each Jeevathmas who has accumulated “EXPLEMPARY PUNYA KARMAS” by NOT surrendering its Punya karma as “Sarvam SriKrishnarpanam Asthu” are given chance to take the respective DEva responsibilities.
“நாராயணன் படைத்தான் நான்முகனை (Brahma), நான்முகனுக்கு என்றார் சிவன் (Brahma’s Son) பிறந்தான் என்றும் சொல்”
[This is the “Naan Mughan Thiruvandhaadhi Divya Prabhandham Thaniyan” which is originally taken from Srimad Bhagavatham]
LIke that there are COUNTLESS Andams each having One Bramha, One Rudra posts occupied by different JeevAThmas, and power of one Brahma in one andam can vary between other brahmas/rudras of other andams.
Within One Andam, BHagavAN “Monitors and Hands over” the Creation and Destruction to Brahma & Rudra, while HE keeps the Protection with HIMSELF in the form of SriVIshnu.
During Maha Pralayam, BhagavAn Sankarshana does the destruction of all Andams, and COnsolidates (LAYAM) on HIS Body, where the Postions like Brahma, Rudra is dissolved within each Andam and the Jeevathmas reside on BhagavAN’s THirumeni without getting a DEva body or other bodies, like all of us in the past.

We know Poorna Avatarm of BhagavAN. Next is
2) Shakthi Avataram: A JeevAthma is given 100% of JUST ONE of Bhagavan’s divine quality like SHAKTHI. BhagavAn doesn’t give HIS remaining unlimited Divine Qualities to that Jeevathma.
Exmaple: Parasuram Avatar. Thats why Parasuram being a Jeevathma with only one of the Divine quality ‘Shakthi’ of SriRama had his anger dampened when the Poorna Avatara SriRama faced him.

3) Shakthi Aavesha Avatara: Only a PORTION (little bit) of the ONE of the above Shakthi quality is given to a JeevAthma.
Example: KarthiVeeryaArjuna being a ‘Shakthi Aavesha avatara’ was defeated when faced with ‘Shakthi avatara’ Parasuram who inturn was defeated by Poorna Avatara SriRama the SUPREME.

So, this is the Hierarchy how BhagavAn Sriman Narayanan DISTRIBUTES HIS divine qualities to other Jeevathmas.
Poorna Avataram > (Greater than) Shakthi Avataram > (Greater than) Shakthi Aavesha Avataram
[BhagavAn HIMSELF (100% of ALL Qualities) > ONE Quality imparted to a JeevAthma) > Portion of ONE quality of BhagavAN imparted to a Jeevathma].
The third category of Energy Charge (Shakthi Aavesha Avatara) to some JeevAthmas as, Brahma, Rudra etc., the resources required for creation and dissolution are drawn from the Supreme Lord ‘SRIMAN NARAYAN’ Poorana Avataram ‘Sankarshanna and Aniruddha’.
That’s why we see in Puranas and Ithihaasas, there is NO FACE TO FACE interaction between any Poorna AVataras, There is always either Interaction or Conflict between Poorna And other Shakthi Avatara or Shakthi Avesha Avatara.
Like Brahma did Apacharam to SrtiKrisha by taking all cows/boys to Brahma loka, and Indra did apacharam to SriKrishna during the Govardhana poojai and Shiva did apacharam to SriKrishna supporting Banasura War with SriKrishna (SB 10.63.24), because they all DEvathas are Jeevathmas as “Shakthi Avesha Avatrams” with their own karmas and NOT PoornA Avatram as BHagavAn Sriman NarayanAn (SriKrishna) itself.

Basically,
Pradhyuma is Creation,
Aniruddha is Protection.
Adiyen typed incorrectly (reversed) in the the above thread. Sorry for aiyen’s mistake on these two aspects of BhagavAn Sriman NarayanAn.
In-Short:
- Sankarshana Avatram utilizes Gyana & Bhala Qualities for Dissolution (better word is Absorbtion and not Destruction).
- Pradyumna Avataram utilizes Veerya & Aishwarya Qualities for Creation.
- Aniruddha Avataram utilizes Shakthi & Thejas Qualities for Protection.
The functions of Creation and Destruction mentioned above are performed by Sankarshana & Pradhyumna as the “AntarAthma” of the Jeevathmas Brahma and Rudra (Shiva) in EACH ANDAMS.
The function of Protection is carried out DIRECTLY by Anirudhha as SriVishnu in EACH ANDAM without handing it over to other JeevAthmas.
