Brahma will come into existence after every prakrita pralayam from one of these vyuha murtis and there is only one Brahma in the leela vibhudhi at any given point of time. If vyuha murtis return to nitya vibhudhi after every naimithyika pralayam and comes back to leelavibhudhi, then there will be one Brahma after every naimithyika pralayam. Hence, there will be more than one Brahma, which is not the case.

Swami i meant for Prakrita-pralayam. For Naimithyika pralayam, even those in upper planetary system move to Satya loka along with Lord Brahma.

Brahma is positioned in Satya loka. My understanding is that after naimithyika pralayam, those in upper planetary system move further up for a temporary period, but not those in bhoolokam.

“but not those in bhoolokam” is applicable only to jeevatmas. 

Also since Vyuha murthis are expansions of the Lord. They only manifest/unmanifest in Bhooloka.

So they may unmanifest at certain time and may manifest again. So during the intermediate time, “they” can be in Satyaloka or in nitya vibhuti.. but technically incorrect to use the word “they” as the  Vyuha Murtis and Lord who is in Vaikunta in nitya vibhuti are in essence the same   Bhagawaan.
