During the time 14:00 to 17:00 min, he has mentioned that the saranagathan belongs to fifth வர்ணம் namely Bhagavathar குலம்.

He has been giving upanyasam on various topics regularly. I believe, the speaker is well knowledgable and provides authentic details. Since, adiyen have a little bit uncertainty, I am posting this.
