Adiyen got two calendars yesterday.

Others can get easily from Monday directly from office

Adiyen used to buy the calendars from past two decades but stopped from this year onwards. I have never used the calendars because it is not fit to be showcased on a wall (some times it is in book format which you will never read or sometimes in extra large size). I use Panchangams (Srirangam Pambubor Sampath Krishna Jois)- why will I need a calendar which cannot be hung on the wall?

It’s reaching wider audience. Not just Brahmins. We have to consider it is used for donations .

Devareer’s prerogative to buy or not but the reason devareer said is not convincing to Adiyen.

This is a way SriVaishnavam can reach wider Indian audience.(Not sure abroad)

Whether it’s used as Panchangam or not left to respective Sampradhayas.

I see it as a tool to spread SriVaishnavism. I think we have to encourage it.

Whether I like it or not I buy it every year.

We also get upanyasams know. I love it. Adiye even cross question our Swamy. Whether Swamy answers or not Adiyen don’t care but keep questioning because Adiyen see enjoyment in it 😁
