Moreover, Swami has said that Srimadh Ramayanam us also called as “Sharanagathy Shastram”, there are numerous examples if Sharanagathy and the purpose for it is done.
Poorvacharyas says, from each type of Sharanagathy, we learn each items.
Like there is a list criteria after Sharanagathy called “MAHAVISHWASAM” on BhagavAn’s lotus feet, like whatever happens to us, we should have FULL FSITH that it is for our own good and BhagavAn will save us. In Sugreeva Sharanagathy on SriRama’s lotus feet for Vaali vadham, he doubhted the calibher of SriRama after Sharanagathy (NO MAHAVISHWASAM) and tested SriRama if HE is capable or not. The result us, in the 1st fight between Sugreeva and Vaali, SriRama let it go and Sugreeva was veaten-up like hell by Vasli. Second time, Sugreeva didn’t doubht SriRama’s calibher after getting advice from a BhagavAta (Sri Lakshmana), and had MAHAVISHWASAM on SriRama’s lotus feet, so Sri Ramanuja killed Vaali due to Sugreeva Sharanagathy and following the post criteria MAHAVISHWASAM, though the Sharanagathy is not for Moksham.
Same way, Draupathi did Sharanagathy on SriKrIshna’s lotus feat during the Vastra haranam, but she believed her 5 husband’s (actually 5womens) will save or the older senior WOMEN’S like Bhishma, Drona, Dhridharashtra etc…will save her, but in vain and they all were watching. Finally when the attrocious women ‘dhushassnan’ started doing his act, then Draupathi had MAHAVISHWASAM on SriKrIshna’s lotus feet with her Anjali hands raised, so BhagavAn saved her.
Though these Sharanagathy was not done for Moksham, the lesson learned is, how we can follow the post Sharanagathy criteria MAHAVISHWASAM on BhagavAn’s lotus feet.
If we don’t follow the post Sharanagathy criteria, then our Sharanagathy (prapatthi) WILL NOT YIELD RESULTS, even though the purpose is for Moksham or Material benefits.
நம்ம வேஷ்டியை இல்லை புடவையோ யாராவது இழுத்தால், அப்பா தெரியும் நம்ம MAHAVISHWASAM. So we know that don’t have MAHAVISWASAM at all.
Hence, for Moksham, due to our incapability to follow 1) Upasana Maargham, and due to incapability to follow the 2) Sharanagathy maargham post criteria MAHAVISHWASAM, SriRama the SUPERSTAR gives the 3rd Maargham to Moksham as 3) “Acharya/BhagavAta Abhimaanamey Uddharakam“, means relying on Swami Ramanujar’s Krupai, since we all are Sinners and incapable to follow any Shatram prescribed maarghams for Moksham.
Hence, Poorvacharyas say, we shouldn’t judge others as “who will go to Moksham”, rather we should start thinking that the Same KRUPAI of Swami Ramanujar that is showered on us also gives Moksham to others whether they DID OR DIDNOT do Samasratanam/Prapatthi/Pancha Samskaram, it doesn’t matter, since the key is “RAMANUJA SAMBHANDHAM” gives Moksham, and Panchasamskaram/Prapatthi/ssmasrayanam is ONLY one of the way to get Ramanuja Sambhandham for Moksham. Swami has said, There are total 15~18 ways to get Ramanujaya Sambhandham. So SriRama gives Moksham to anyone who has Grattitude towards Swami Ramanujar, irrespective of
Panchasamskaram/Prapatthi/ssmasrayanam.
This 3rd Maargham for Moksham is called
“AcharyaAbhimaanamey Uddharakam”.
So we all present Panchasamskaram/Prapatthi/Samasrayanam people need to remember these, and live humbly respecting every others, irrespective of their appearance/kulams/Sampradhayam/religions, since SriRama gives Moksham to anyone who has Grattitude towards Swami Ramanujar, irrespective of Panchasamskaram/Prapatthi/ssmasrayanam.
