Lakshmi Kalyanam will endeavour to ensure that no offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar information, material or messages are put up; Lakshmi Kalyanam will not bear any responsibility or liability for the same. Lakshmi Kalyanam does not assure continuous or unhindered availability of services for any particular period. Lakshmi Kalyanam will not bear any liability or responsibility for the server or site being down, pages not being displayed, full material not being displayed, any technical glitches, disruption of or non-availability of services.

Termination of Membership: The membership may be terminated by either party by serving a written notice on the other. Lakshmi Kalyanam reserves the right to terminate the membership, to suspend a profile or to disable access in respect of any member in breach of any of the terms at its discretion without any notice and without any liability to refund any monies or for any damages.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lakshmi Kalyanam, its owner, officials, employees, members, other users, against any cost, expense, loss or injury that may be occasioned on account of any breach by User of any of the terms and conditions, misuse by User of any of the information made available herein, any falsity, inaccuracy, misrepresentation, suppression, in any information provided or made available by user.
